Contribute as dev or with good content then people will tip you sats. Value 4 Value
I'm not a dev but I will think what can I do to add value! This can be gamechanger to individuals.
Depends on your skills but on the top of my head:
Write guides, create tutorials, help out in existing projects if you can code, sell stickers/t-shirts etc.
Fiatjaf also have a list of bounties with stuff he wants to see on nostr but idk the url to that doc😅
