So, does anyone have actual details on 'how' bitcoin is seized to end up in government hands? Whoever it's seized from would have to give up wallet and/or seed phrases? why would you...? Force? Torture? I guess?
Anyone have actual insight? Just a random thought for the morning....

Or the government just discovers where you have your seed backup stored...
One of the larger amounts siezed, the seed phrase was just sitting in cloud storage, like idiots.
I assume it's got to be 'stupid' stuff or force... right... Is there any news/doco on the known cases? Just interesting...
tell us the seed phrase or rot in cell
or
devices seized during arrest and passwords/ seed phrases not secured well enough
or
not secured well and they knock on door of google/apple for copy of backups sitting on their servers

If bitcoin becomes as important as we think it is, governments will do anything to get some. Yes I believe torture is on the table.
