Does anyone have a general manual strategy for lightning channel fee management? In the past, I would just check in on dead channels and lower their fee ocassionally, putting my liquidity on sale. Highly active channels, I would monitor and raise fees high enough to fairly service the local graph without pricing myself out of the competition.

That's pretty much been my strategy. I've also played with lndg and clboss.
Need incoming liquidity? I'll open a channel to you!
I will never turn down incoming! DM me, and we will see if it makes sense. Unfortunately, clboss has reached a point of 0 maintenance, such that it requires unmerged patches, and even then, fee management is broke. Now I'm reading ZmnSCPxj's fee management thesis and considering porting the algorithm to a new plugin that works with cln.

I just update the fee rate every week so itβs the channels arnt stale on the network graph for other nodes. If the fees earned so far that month are lower than last month, i lower the fees too. If higher, then raise the fees.
