That's making a statement not standing up for yourself. I use to go through the same shit. But I would be adamant & unrelenting. One time I was in a similar situation only they claimed I hit a kid & 20 witnesses all kids who hated me lied.

I just kept telling the principle I didn't start a fight but I did finish it IDC what those 20 kids said or who's word you believe. Unless you prove that I hit em first you will not suspend or retaliate against me & if you do without proof then you principal are a bully like the other kids & maybe I will have to go to the board of ed to sue if I cannot resolve this by discussion.

After that & my mom coming up. Well I didn't get in trouble only because I was so repetitive in saying this over to everyone & when I sat in the principals office idk if they still do this but when you would go into the office you would have to write on a incident sheet what happened in your own words. I refused to write anything until my mom was present & I didn't write anything because I just kept repeating what I said above.

The squeaky kid gets heard & my squeaks were screeches. Bottom line though the moment you accept & not stand up for yourself harder you've proven to them you are guilty of what you're accused of. Fucked up isn't it?
