How did you find wines to drink?
I know most wines don't have gluten in them, but it sounds like you can't take a risk
there are none. none. all of them use vegetable garbage
btw, most beers and stouts do use animal based fining. i can tolerate especially stouts quite comfortably

i know but the other thing is part of the allergic reaction makes me reach for another bottle, because i feel like shit. it was a cycle. i suspect that drinking a lot of coffee or energy drinks didn't help reinforce it.
due to other things i now also have kidney damage and so i have to be super careful to avoid fructose, as fructose massively irritates the kidneys
