KiloEx reveals a vulnerability in its TrustedForwarder contract, inheriting OpenZeppelin's MinimalForwarderUpgradeable, led to a recent hack. The attacker returned most stolen assets (USDT, USDC, ETH, BNB, WBTC, DAI) after negotiations, keeping 10% as bounty. The vulnerability is now patched.
