When you create a token it deducts from your balance. Look under pending and you will see your deduction.
You can either revert the token by pasting it back in as a receive or copy the token code and send it to someone.
I just created an #ecash token in #minibits and it was directly redeemed without me pasting it anywhere. The sats are gone 😅
