I don't move to russia, because the risk that they put me in the army is higher than in germany. And I can't kill people, because God doesn't allow me to. The thing is, if I have to do military service for another country, the country will be valued less than russia in my view. As I see, the risk in Slovakia is lower, but... hm 🤔
Hm, I don't know how to value this one Slovakia. Probably a small risk, but sounds like it is higher than in serbia and bulgaria.

Mandatory military service in peace in czechia (česko) has been abadoned. But they can enslave us for military service in war times based on citizenship.
In slovakia they can enslave citizens in wartime based on permanent residency in country. So slovaks can minimalise risks when they at least formaly move their residency to another country. At least that's how I understand it.
