It’s funny that Citrea was able to raise 2.7 million dollars in February of last year (and not since). They plan on enabling smart contracts by using the increased OP_Return limit. It’s almost as if they knew the limit would be increased… Or, they made it happen by paying off the right devs. 🤷🏻
