Doing my taxes from 2023. Asked the bank for statements from the whole year. They can provide Feb-Dec but not January because it was more than a year ago. Apparently I need to visit a bank branch in person, with ID and company registration documents and then pay an additional service fee for the pleasure of receiving a statement. For my own account. Unbelievable that we’re in 2024 and still have to put up with this incompetent bullshit.
