I would add sunlight exposure to that list, but yup.

Personally did all those things and now have the body and physicality I should had in my 20s but was robbed of by fiat lies.

What about caffeine? I find it is the hardest to eliminate, just can not decide if it is good or bad for my health πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

I found the best outcome is 200mg, 2-3 times a week only,

with days in between.

it is good in moderation

extremely bad in excess.
