Scaling / transaction fees / getting people to understand UTXO management

No people are just too lazy to actually take the time and learn instead of going to that retreat for a week. Start UTXO management for a week.

Instead of going to that concert, start AUTXO management that night.

The only problem Bitcoin has is that no one has time to learn it, so they say.

Bitcoin has many issues, but we'll be fine as we work through them over the next few generations.

The more I learn about bitcoin, the more I realize how amazing the basic design choices were.
