How do we look for specific users?

For example user

Julian Figueroa, his username is @kineticfinancebtcw.app

When I enter the facts I know on the search bar, his name or @ username does not come up.

I am using #[0]​ iOS

I know is a basic question I already should know the answer but I think I am skipping a basic fact for some reason?
