The idea of centralized control does bring some sense of security and order for many, but decentralization, in its essence, is about individual autonomy and freedom. It’s perfectly valid to prefer a more controlled system, but I think the real value of platforms like NOSTR lies in the opportunity for alternative models that challenge the status quo.
