USA 🇺🇸: The Burger King company must face a process that alleges that the “Whopper” sandwich is bigger in the menu photo than it really is, decided a US judge.

The lawsuit accuses the company of misleading customers by showing the sandwich with a meatier burger and ingredients that “overflow on the bread”.

"Burger King's allegations are false," a Burger King representative told the BBC.

Rivals McDonald's and Wendy's face a similar lawsuit in the US.
