The Brazilian judiciary insists on saying that the Brazilian electronic system is not fraudible. One of the first things I learned in software security class is that there is no software that is immune to attacks... And I think this is nothing new for anyone who writes code.

Are they ignorant or liars? If it is attack and fail proof why not make the code public?
