We are at the bottom because we don't have enough social programs, not too much. The countries that are at the top of the list are those that have governments that invest in education. E.g. free college

Nope, the US spends FAR MORE for education then all of the other countries... but is at the bottom of the list -> the worst. (And here we are talking about schools, not college).
Clearly this system has failed and needs this change.
But yes, free college in every state would great 👍
