Had lamb ribs for the first time ever last night. They came out amazing just using the grill. How are these not served at any restaurants ever? Never seen them on a menu. #foodstr

I assumed because lamb chop is common on steakhouse menus and spare ribs (from a lamb) aren't. I personally did not like lamb spareribs the few times I tried making them

Yes, spare ribs. From around the belly. We gotta get you a proper recipe. They were incredible.
