If you’re talking a physical separation between people with different political ideologies, that’s kind of ridiculous to imagine. The US has been divided as a country for as long as anyone can remember. Secession didn’t work, either. Now everyone is online, and using more decentralized tools to communicate, so in terms of self-separating, consider Xitter the place where right-leaning NPCs call home, and Bluesky rapidly becoming the home of left-leaning NPCs. I choose to self-separate on Nostr, because I don’t like to argue with boneheads from either side.
