This means you can use it to back up your follow list and download a local copy, so if any other client ever rugs your list, like what happened to my poor friend nostr:npub13cnlldwfhwxd6qf34hnwlfya2m2qrd2zfk0alxnrup6d2fasw9wqxwkzpe, you can restore it in a couple of clicks.
