I am fed up with living in a system that does not acknowledge our qualifications based on our race. Yes, I might be overreacting, and I hear a privileged man in a white coat saying, "If you are talented or qualified enough, you will be chosen." But guess what? The man standing in water does not experience the same reality as the one standing in fire.

Can’t we look past citizenship, where we grew up, and race to see talent and charisma? I believe we should appreciate the diverse perspectives in our system. Don’t you think it needs more seasoning? Someone from the slums or hidden villages could bring valuable insights. Their experiences, rooted in their grandparents’ lives on sesame fields and their Imam chanting five times a day, can provide a unique viewpoint that enriches our system.
