I ran out of peanuts today, so I’m finally getting around to making “crow cakes” from a bunch of stuff less fit for human consumption:

A bunch of brown sugar that turned into a solid brick; some expired tahini; pistachios that tasted weird; raisins that got a bit too dried out; pulverized hazelnut skin dust; and some perfectly good rolled oats (I just don’t use those frequently).

Just waiting for them to become completely cool, then it’s time to feed birds!

It smells like sesame in here…
