NOW – Swiss officials confirm that at least 119 people are in hospital and 40 are confirmed dead, after a fire broke out at a bar in Valais. Attorney General Pilloud says the fire appears to have been started by sparklers in champagne bottles, held too close to the ceiling. @disclsoetv
