Some people are like me. You get a new device, the first thing you do it go to settings and look through each one. (Setting up available fields on an account) What you realize is most people get a new device and never open the settings... Ever.... Except maybe to connect to WiFi or Bluetooth.
It's hard to not let people know they are missing a free opportunity to get paid for their content without permission from anyone. Mostly because most people still don't even know you can send money on the Internet without permission.
