I went for a long walk with Mallory and it was rather cold so once I got warm at home I fell asleep at around 4:30/5pm yesterday and had about 12 hours sleep 👀 woke up at 4am refreshed 🥹🙏🏽 have you been to bed yet? 🫂

i definitely was in, but i had trouble falling asleep really. stared at the ceiling for most of it, or just getting lost in my endless rabbit holes of thoughts
