Long press on the zap icon instead of tapping it. You'll see a pop up where you can set your custom amounts.

You should be able to change default settings somewhere. So you dont accidentally fast zap to much.
Yeah thanks, Frank. On Amethyst if I hold down on the zap ⚡ I can reset the defaults.
