That's C2S. Client to server.
P2P is something exactly like Torrent.
And it does not matter if it's your relay or something else. You are still connecting to it and it's still C2S.
May our Chinese community concerned first. Github has a lot opensource VPN/proxy tools with tls which author are Chinese,most are master degree ,is it interesting?
Yes but if you, a single peer, run the client and the server as well as me, another peer, also run the client and the server then that is equivalent to us using a p2p app.
To modify Nostr to be a p2p app this is effectively what you would need to do anyway.
