I love tri-tip.

I am fortunate enough to have access to Red Oak and a Santa Maria style grill so that’s my usual method.

I Never cooked it in the oven but I am sure it will come out great.👍

How does this look?

Look good. More important question though is how does it tastes

Tri-tip can be a little trick to cut because the grain typically runs in 2 different directions and it can be a bit tuff if you don’t cut against the grain.

Trying it now. Tastes good and it’s tender and juicy.
