Yeah I'm bumbed out too but that pushes you to run your own lightning node because you can connect through blue wallet if you run your own lightning node. I don't run a lightning node. Right now for me that's out of my budget and too much work...

Yeah you can set up a custodial wallet if you want with Alby and you can follow their instructions on connecting it to BlueWallet.

I think so.

Sign up for Alby. Then log in and select wallet. You’ll see instructions and credentials for setting up in Zeus or Blue wallet.

Also your ln address will be whatever username@getalby.com makes it easy to receive zaps.
