How much more is the repair cost for a Tesla after hitting a deer compared to a Toyota Corolla?
Fair question. The insurance for the car is for sure more expensive. Insurance would cover yhe repairs.
Drive train and battery have an 8 year 120K mile warranty.
Charging at home is roughly 2/3 the cost of what we spent on gas for a VW golf prior. Both cars are fairly new so no other repairs to talk about, but no oil changes, transmission fluid, spark plugs, etc.
