it's a lower labor cost version of company vouchers, basically, and that has a lot of use case already, it would have a lot more if that voucher was indexed upon the value of real money

it would be a boon for small country town retailers because people could show up with a whack of fiat and then get vouchers they can arbitrarily spend later on without having to worry about carrying cash and the vendor can also know if those tokens are copied they don't have much use except for people who trade with them
