It's not easy to be present.

Thoughts are made of past and future, while the present is made by actions, movement, constant transformation, even when everything looks the same.

Thinking and overthinking can let you be stuck, musing on the "if" and slowing your doing, but the transformation is happening inside.. you are #rooting.

I am looking for the equilibrium between those, so I could match the evolution of my thoughts and reflections about the past with my intuitions and predictions about the future while being actively focusing on the "here and now" analyzing what triggers my thoughts and so my emotions, so I would not re-act, and maybe fall into old behaviors without noticing.. 🍀☯️
