For a browser based client it's pretty good. Upon set up I was only connected to the ditto relay. So, to test it properly a new user should connect a good number of relays.

Ditto has other relays setup under the hood, chosen by the admin, and we also take into account your relay list metadata

Ok. I’m just using the the client, not reading the formal documentation where I assume this is disclosed.
