For anyone who does not believe Carl, I suggest you count the bombs fired in Laos during Vietnam war. Both, exploded and not exploded ones. Then ask yourself:
1. What is the impact lasting still to today?
2. How does that number compare to bombs fired during world wars?
3. What does Laos have to do with it?
4. What results were declaratively expected by the bombing and what result did the history bring?
