Good to hear that, yet it's also declining rapidly it seems. Whenever possible I pay with cash and I appreciate that most merchants offer it, but for most customers the convenience factor of cashless payments seems to overweight.
Agreed. I was quite pleasantly surprised to see these numbers, but it doesn’t seem destined to last, especially under the EU’s regime.
