Good day #nostr #nostriches #bitcoin #plebchain. Please what's the difference between LUD-16 and LUD-06 lightning addresses? How can I get this setup?

Lud-06 starts with lnurl.. and is more or less obsolete. lud-16 looks like a lightning address and should work for most nostr clients
