it depends.

we already have some artificial organs (heart, kidneys, lungs) and limbs.

as far as i'm aware, for now artificial organs are just temporary solutions (they are used before transplanting new ones), and tbh i would prefer donor's heart over electric one (yet!)

but as for the limbs... sure!
