I noticed that I see vaginas on Damus but not Amethyst. Where's the setting for filtering out reported stuff? I wanna turn that off in Amethyst.

Where do you see them? On Global or from your followers? Have you selected to always hide sensitive content on the 3-dot buttons of posts?
Also, keep in mind that the relay settings for Amethyst and Damus are different. It's likely that you will see different feeds between these apps. Especially on Global, where both apps have specific activation buttons in each settings.
I'm thinking it's the relay list disparity, since I do still see some NSFW content on Amethyst.
