Looks like there are roughly 7,000 zaps/day on Nostr according to Nostr Band.

A few related LN numbers:

- WoS does ~20k LN payments/day

- In the summer, Breez was doing as many payments as WoS (~10k/day)

- River’s LN nodes process ~4k payments/day

One interesting note is that Nostr activity hasn’t meaningfully changed LN public capacity. There does seem to be more payment activity though, so maybe node operators are earning more from routing fees.
