I used to buy USDT from Binance P2P marketplace then transfer it somewhere else to DCA. I think it's still usable until now. Recently I've been buying from Rain.com as LTC, then transferring, converting to USDT and let the bots DCA. Binance P2P fees were cheaper, I believe. I switched for personal reasons.
