Maybe F2Pool should let its pool users vote on the PayPal refund with a signed message from the account they're co-mining with.

I was actually curious how the consensus was reached when I heard the pool offered the refund. I'm not crazy aware of how mining and pools work on that front.

Miners contributing to the pool get a share of both the block reward and the collected fees.

So I hear.

I mean, if we're getting technical, the miners own that fee now. They should have at least some say.
