Is it possible or practical to have a #Nostr relay that:

-Runs on a phone or whatever and relays only the relay owner's notes?

-Is added and removed automatically by a client when someone follows the owner?

I'm still trying to figure out the technical aspects of Nostr, so there are many things I don't understand about how it actually works.

I'm imagining a scenario where each person relays and backs up their own notes and "follow" (or whatever term) means that the client is adding that relay to their list of relays and that info to their own relay so clients can know follow data automatically.

My whole goal here is to have the option of being as sovereign as possible without relying on other people for my relay needs. Currently, I don't have any control over any of it and I'm trying to figure out how to be in control as much as possible.
