Of course it does but over the last 1-2 years Twitch has done very little to support the growth of the people who create the content for their website.

They've limited the bitrate, they removed hosting, they charge 50% of all subs while not really supporting user growth and now they think they can charge you $25 if you decide to give up your affiliation with them... which was given to you for free.

Besides that Twitch simply amended the contracts / terms but there is no way to accept or reject said change of contract. That's pretty much illegal in every country.

There is taking your cut and then there is pure desperation to take other people's money to keep your platform online.
