If you can find some, rub jewel weed sap on it. Jewel weed usually grows near poison ivy. It likes moist shaded areas. Crush the stem to get the sap out of it. It neutralizes the chemical that causes the reaction to poison ivy. Best to use it as soon as you have contact with poison ivy. It can also be used on the rash of poison ivy breakout and helps with itching. Its also great for nettle stings. Everyone here uses jewel weed and poison ivy is no longer an issue. Even for people who are highly allergic. It sounds like BS, but it's worked for too many people at this point. Good luck!

Wife bought me some jewelweed soap. Maybe some relief from that.

In the meantime, the *only* things that ever relieve the relentless itching are 1) Vit C paste; 2) very hot shower. The latter gives me about 8-10h relief so I can sleep.
