The problem with lightning is it’s a pain in the ass to run your own node and it’s expensive as fuck when channels force close. I’ve spent less on fees using the base chain. I preferred WoS so if you can give me something similar with more privacy I’m in.
this is what privacy influencooors have a hard time understanding although it's so simple
I like the idea of running a mint with fedi, cashu, and having some sats in liquid. Get more privacy and diversify rug risk. The privacy influencoors won’t be satisfied until the bitcoin blockchain looks like monero. But at that point we’ve lost the ability to audit the supply. They should understand that privacy is about tradeoffs.
Ecash isn't a scaling solution for bitcoin. Bitcoin is an interoperability layer for ecash.
