Nostr gets it right away and I add it to my Twitter auto posting queue to be posted automatically at a later date

I schedule posts on Typefully for Twitter to be posted even when I'm out of service. Typically once I've typed it in there to be posted in like a week, I just post that same thing on Nostr right away
