I stopped at removing sugar and seed oils.

I don't have time to sunbathe and ground and stay away from electric screens 😅

I’ve been far way from seed oils and I only do fruit but this blue light one might be crazy. Imagine sticking a monkey in a box and the only light he sees is blue light what does that do to people?
