Rains are no joke in Lanka. I visited 10 years ago - crossed from Colombo to Trinco on a bike with a local friend of mine, stayed at family homes, hung out at local bars, visited secluded waterfalls and long forgotten places - no fancy hotels or popular tourist bullshit. One of my favorite trips. 💜 🇱🇰
