👍That’s what I did the first days. I guess it’s time to strengthen some muscles.

There is no magic in the posture. It is just a matter of practical considerations. You need to be able to be still without getting tired and without falling asleep, so sitting is a good balance of both. One can also meditate while walking, standing, or lying. Some even use those fancy floatation tanks in complete silent darkness.

Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional.
