This is just an Android Keyboard and I'm using it since forever. 👀 (And as with this one direct input doesn't work I click the little symbol and copy the url, not ideal but way faster than using external pages)
I think it only works in a few phones. On pixels the GIF option is not even selectable yet.

In case this helps in any way, the feature circled in red doesn't work, you can access through the emoji feature circled in green.
